1) Northern Colorado Regional Airport adds flight service.
Avelo Airlines announced that they are adding commercial flights to Las Vegas, twice per week, commencing December 15th. What will be next? My prediction: Flights to Phoenix / Scottsdale.
2) Mobile Home Park Approved
The Fort Collins Planning & Zoning Commission approved a 201-unit manufactured home community in south Fort Collins, near Trilby and College Ave.
The plan will feature a clubhouse with a pool, pocket parks and a small convenience store. Home prices are expected to be approximately $200,000 with 15% of the homes deeded as affordable housing.
3. Final Water Valley tract in Windsor slated for Luxury Homes
Prices will start in the high $700,000's. Eleven floorplans, including ranch and two-story plans, will be available ranging in size from 2,199 to 3,746 sf.
Many of these homes will be lake front with easy access to Water Valley's amenities including private beaches, clubhouse, tennis courts, and 27 holes of golf.

  • Average sale price / SF has remained nearly flat
  • Inventory has remained nearly flat
  • Fewer new listings
